Glen Golf Club Clubhouse & Catering

 

We are pleased to announce that our new clubhouse is now open. Whilst there are, inevitably, a few loose ends to be tied, members and visitors can now enjoy the fantastic amenities that the new building has to offer. These include:
  • bar, lounge and dining areas with superb sea views of the Firth of Forth immediately below. Furniture includes 3-seater sofas and a variety of 'bucket' and high-back seating. The lounge also boasts a spacious dance-floor.
  • locker rooms. As well as members' lockers, these offer hanging and shelving space and secure storage for visiting parties' clubs,  shower cubicles offering complete privacy, hair-dryers.
  • disabled access facilities, including a lift. Disabled toilet facilities can be found on both ground and first floors.
  • the Belhaven Lounge. Perfect for private functions (available for members to hire) or to sit quietly and enjoy the views over the golf course.
  • a choice of two balconies with sea and golf-course views

Catering

With the development of our new clubhouse it was regarded as being a priority that we provide a catering service to match our new facility.

We are delighted to welcome our new caterers, Matt, Malcolm and team, from the Grange, North Berwick who are already providing great food and service.

Food is served during the summer from 08:00 when breakfasts are served, through lunch and dinner in the evening. The bar opens at 11:00.

The Shop

 Our well-stocked shop can supply all your golfing requirements, including golfing equipment ranging from tees to clubs, refreshments to take on to the course and a range of items sporting the Glen crest, including caps, jumpers and wind-breaks and souvenir pictures and mugs.

Branded goods and souvenirs may be purchased subsequent to your visit by contacting the Secretary, by telephone or email, detailing your requirements.

Wander in and browse at your leisure.

Work is now in progress to move the shop from its present location at the Starter's Box to the old clubhouse lounge area. The old building will also house our administrative offices pending completion of Phase 2 of the clubhouse redevelopment project. The latter will see the demolition of the remains of the old building and the building of an annexe onto our new clubhouse.
