Played today and had a hard time concentrating on golf as the spectacular views were distracting. Had the good fortune of playing with 2 very accommodating and informative memebers.(Once again, thanks for the ride back Allen) I dropped my Skycaddie at the end and as I arrived back at my hotel I was told I had dropped it and it was on the way back to me.
Thanks all.

Played 17/8/11. ... after a four year absence ... I'll assess on the basis of how the course appeared to my player partner ... A fun course, quite 'couthy' and some great views. Really peaceful in places (even when looking for lost balls!) ... Recommendations to club: A few more distance markers please. Sacrifice a couple of the par 4s to make another par 5 and another par 3. Favourite hole(s) 13th 'Sea hole' 9th, 14th and 18th were enjoyable too. Conclusion: A friendly course which will give the average/above average player a relaxed game with a few challenges thrown in.

Last played the Glen GC about 20 years ago. Played yesterday(early morning)17/7/11) in the mixed Open in very poor weather conditions. The welcome by the starter was very friendly considering he was juggling with a lot of free tee times due to golfers calling off but not having the courtesy to advise the Club. The course was turned out immaculately, in particular the greens, and it stood up well to the incessant rain and we will look forward to returning. The welcome inside the clubhouse was also warm, the food was excellent, and the carvery would grace a 4 star hotel.

Had the good fortune to play this magnificent course some three years ago on a weekday. Blue skies, 10-15 knot breeze and only five groups on the whole course. Absolutely breathtaking scenary, a friendly staff, and a beautiful, challening course. For me it's a must play.

Played last Monday for £22. Best spent green fee ever. Welcoming staff and members alike. Consistent greens - fast! Back nine great golf with even better views. Club house well worth a visit. Treat yourself to a fantastic steak sandwich, a cold beer and look out at the ocean view. Would definitely return and recommend!

Pebble Beach. 8 OF US ARRIVED ON SUNDAY 10TH OCTOBER FROM NORTH WALES. THE FIRST HOLE WE ALL AGREED WAS UNUSUAL , THE REST OF THE FRONT NINE WAS PRETTY GOOD , WITH SOME VERY GOOD HOLES. YOU THEN HIT THE BACK NINE " WOW " , ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC . NEFYN IN NORTH WALES IS COMPARED WITH PEBBLE BEACH IN CALIFORNIA , HAVING BEEN TO PEBBLE BEACH THIS BEATS IT , AMAZING !!!
THEN BACK INTO THE CLUBHOUSE FOR A BEER AND SOME FOOD , WHICH WAS FANTASTIC , WITH GREAT VIEWS OUT TO SEA. YOU COULD STAY THERE ALL DAY.
THIS COURSE IS A MUST , WORTH THE GREEN FEE AND MUCH MORE .

Sublime. Great course. The layout is varied and challenging. The site is perfect and the views are nonpareil. This was an unforgettable experience.

We had two rounds at the club and although we had a rainy day up in the clouds we still loved the course. I cant imagine how spectacular it must be if its a bright sunny day. Definately will be returning for another round or two one day.
Also worth a mention are the facilities. Pro shop, food, all excellent.
