Lady’s Captains Day -Results

Lady’s Captains Day Results 24th September 2023 

Thank you everyone for the flowers presented to me after a wonderful day of golf. I was very pleased with the turn out and know from the messages I have received that Jim’s flapjacks and the Prosecco, sorry Elderflower fizz at the 9th tee were game changing for some.

Thanks to Clint and his team for serving us and the competitors who played and didn’t get to see the Solheim Cup singles as they were happening.

The scores were good, but it wouldn’t be a Captain’s day in my era if there wasn’t some controversy.  Last year the weather, this year unfortunately, our winner signed for the wrong handicap and had to be disqualified. There are some good things about being on the app!  A real and honest mistake, but thank you for your integrity Anne.
